TAC Fabrication
Our partner, TAC Fabrication has a wealth of talent and skill to draw from. As the patriarch, Todd Bean along with his wife Kim, have run a successful HVAC business (Oak Creek Sheet Metal) for many years, while his sons Adam and Chris have branched out into other fabrication and custom work. Together, the Bean trio has come together under TAC Fabrication to fabricate, design and construct a variety of parts, products and components for companies across Arizona and beyond.
A family-owned and operated business based in Cottonwood, Arizona, TAC Fabrication offers custom metal fabrication and services including welding, CNC plasma cutting, sheet metal bending, tubular structure and general fabrication industries. TAC is a multi-generational business, and a testament to the importance of the trades and light manufacturing, especially in rural Arizona. Pin Drop Travel Trailers relies on TAC Fabrication to bring many elements of our tear drop style trailers to life. This includes a custom tongue box design. This convenient lockable storage box not only provides a way to carry camping accessories and tools, it also houses many electrical components which are the heart of Pin Drop's untethered, solar-powered adventure experience.

What brings you the greatest joy in being a business owner?
Getting to work with our family. The freedom to have a flexible schedule in order to keep family first. (no missing our kids’/grandkids’ important events!!)
What has been your greatest challenge as an independent business?
Finding quality employees.
What do you love about Arizona?
We love Arizona’s great outdoors; the variety of climate and the amazing beauty our state has to offer!
What makes your product or service unique?
We are able to fabricate top-quality custom, unique metal items and can get very creative and artistic in what we fabricate.
What motivates or drives you and your team?
The satisfaction of producing high quality products and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
Who is your favorite Arizona based business and why?
We don’t have one favorite AZ business. We just love our local Cottonwood unique restaurants, gift shops, adventure companies, and antique stores. We love the changes in Old Town over the past several years and the charm it has, and we are proud to live in this desirable community!
