PinDrop® Steward Summit Brings Owners Together in Northern Arizona

In May, PinDrop® hosted owners, Stewards, and prospective customers to gather in the Coconino National Forest outside Flagstaff, Arizona, for the inaugural PinDrop® Summit.
Set among the pines and cool mountain temperatures of Northern Arizona, the gathering brought together members of the PinDrop® community for a weekend of camping, conversation, and shared experiences.
The invitation included only a set of GPS coordinates and a simple message: "Coordinates aren't posted. They're shared."
For a location tucked away in the forest, the turnout was remarkable. A special thank-you goes to everyone who reached out for the coordinates, navigated the dirt roads, followed the discreet cairns, and made the effort to join us in the wild for a true camping experience. Seeing so many owners and future owners around camp was one of many highlights of the weekend.
Real Experiences
Throughout the Summit, attendees spent time cooling off in the pines, exploring area trails, sharing travel stories, exchanging camping tips, and comparing the many ways they have personalized their PinDrop® trailers. Prospective owners had the opportunity to see a variety of trailer setups and hear directly from owners about their experiences on the road.
PinDrop® Founders Ruth Ellen and Tim camped alongside in their personalized el Diablo Model, creating opportunities for feedback, conversations about future adventures, product ideas, and the growing PinDrop® community.
A Quiet Camp, Powered by the Sun
One of the most noticeable aspects of the weekend was what wasn't there: the sound of generators.
The entire camp of PinDrops operated using the remarkable integrated solar and battery systems built into each and every PinDrop® trailer model, allowing owners to enjoy modern conveniences while preserving peace and quiet. From morning coffee and jazz music to evening reading lights and movie screenings, power came from earth's most reliable resource: the sun rather than a noisy, fuel-powered generator.
The result was a camp experience that felt more connected to the outdoors. Conversations carried easily across camp, wildlife moved through without disturbance, and the sounds of wind in the pines replaced the background hum often found in larger campgrounds.
For many attendees, it was a perfect demonstration of how PinDrop's solar-first design supports extended off-grid camping without sacrificing any comfort.
Good Food and Great Company
Another highlight of the Summit was the amount of cooking that happened throughout the weekend.
PinDrop's outdoor galley kitchens were in constant use as owners prepared everything from gourmet breakfasts and trail lunches to Dutch oven dinners, fresh-baked biscuits, campfire desserts, and shared appetizers. PinDrops intentionally designed galley kitchens quickly became gathering places where recipes, cooking techniques, and favorite camp meals were exchanged alongside all the adventurous travel stories.
The variety and quality of meals prepared over the long weekend showcased one of the features owners appreciate most about their trailers: a kitchen designed to make outdoor cooking enjoyable, practical and nourishing.
The PinDrop Summit: A New Tradition for PinDroppers
More than anything, the Summit highlighted what makes the PinDrop community special: people who enjoy thoughtful and responsible travel, time outdoors actually camping, and sharing those experiences with others.

The success of this first gathering of Stewards has already created excitement for what's ahead. Plans are underway for future Steward Summits, and PinDrop looks forward to bringing even more owners, Stewards, and future Pindroppers together around the campfire.
